Back in the old days of Doctor Who the Doctor only needed one companion to sprain their ankle and cry for help. Now it looks like she'll have three whole earthlings to ferry around time and space.
The BBC has announced that Bradley Walsh, Tosin Cole, and Mandip Gill will be joining the cast as characters Graham, Ryan, and Yasmin. The series head writer and executive producer Chris Chibnall is "shaking things up," according to the BBC, by giving the Doctor a whole team of companions, rather than just the usual one or two.
