More than 500 animals wore costumes to what is known as one of the largest dog Halloween events in the United States. The 27th annual Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade in New York City continued its reign as October’s cutest event, bringing together New York’s fluffiest pets and their ever-creative owners.
